Joyce Paul is just starting out in the design business with her first kit that came out at the beginning of October. Her work is so incredibly beautiful that it is hard to believe that she is just a newbie.
Have a look at her great new kit :

Sophisticated

Thursday, October 16, 2008
This is my first ever post on a blog AND my first ever attempt at designing a scrapbooking kit.
I had a zillion ideas swirling in my head and this is what I came up with. The name Reality Bytes came to me when I realized that I can't draw (and so many designs out now are hand drawn)! So how was I going to come up with designs? Well, I had a look around my real life and noticed that there were a ton of things that I could transform into bytes that I, personally, would like to see on my LO's (hence the name). So I took my camera and got started. For example, the pearl frame is made from a piece of jewellery I wore on my wedding day, the wooden frame is from our bed ect... When I did the chrysanthemum my 3 year old was "helping me", and as I was photographing, he broke off a flower for himself and smooshed it all over the driveway. I was just about to tell him to stop when I thought, "oooo that's kind of pretty", hence the broken flower element.
That's my proof that inspiration can come from anywhere and you don't have to know how to draw to be creative. Thank you to Mandy of The Shabby Pumpkin for your help and encouragement that led to this design. I am so happy to be one of your DITs!
Now that I have bored you all to tears...here it is:
